Whether it’s time for your annual boiler service or something needs fixing, we’ve got it covered.

We’ve introduced a simple way to book servicing and repairs for your Sime boiler — with upfront pricing, no long-term contracts, and Gas Safe registered engineers handling the job.

Whether your boiler needs a yearly service or something's gone wrong, you now have two options:

Annual Boiler Service - from £120 (inc. VAT)
A full service based on manufacturer guidance. Labour is included. Parts, if needed, are charged separately — and we’ll always let you know before going ahead.
This service helps maintain performance, ensures safety, and keeps your warranty valid.

Fixed Price Repair - from £350 (inc. VAT)

Out-of-warranty fault? Our fixed price repair includes all labour and parts inside the boiler, except the main heat exchanger. If the same fault comes back within 90 days, we’ll return to put it right - free of charge.
If the boiler can’t be repaired, we’ll refund the repair fee, minus a £90.00 call-out and admin charge. No additional compensation will be provided.

We keep it simple:
Our services apply to Sime boilers under 12 years old, installed safely in accessible areas (including lofts with proper flooring, lighting, and ladders). We don’t cover appliances in caravans or boats, and we can’t move furniture or cabinetry to access your unit.
Both services are carried out by fully qualified, Gas Safe registered engineers.
